School Site Council/LCAP
Falcon Families,
It is that time of year when we start planning as community partners on the needs, programs, and school support necessary for all of our students to achieve. We work in collaboration with parent groups, student groups, and staff members to create our Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP). The LCAP is a three-year plan that describes the goals, actions, services, and expenditures to support positive student outcomes that address state and local priorities. The LCAP allows LEAs (county office of education [COE], school districts, and charter schools) to share their stories of how, what, and why programs and services are selected to meet their local needs. (Because we are a small district, this also serves as our School Site Council and the document will incorporate the requirements for the Single Plan for Student Achievement) The components of the LCAP for the 2024–2025 LCAP year must be posted as one document assembled in the following order:
Parental input is vital to creating an LCAP that serves our school community. Please consider attending the following meetings:

Dear Parents,
Your input is vital to the success of our students and schools! We encourage you to take a few minutes to complete the Local Control Accountability Program (LCAP) survey. This survey is your opportunity to share your thoughts on our school's programs and how we can best support student learning. Your feedback directly influences our planning and funding decisions, helping us to create the best possible educational experience for all children. Please make your voice heard – your participation truly matters! Responses need to be in by March 1, 2025.
