Child Nutrition/ Cayucos Café

Cayucos Café's goal is to “Provide quality nutritional programs promoting healthy bodies.”  Cayucos Café serves over 40,000 meals per school year.  Every school day, our two employees: Becky Marques and Alissa Bright serve more than 200 nutritious meals. Cayucos Café strives to provide all students, staff, and parents with nutritious choices, professional service, a safe and sanitary environment, and an enjoyable dining experience.

As part of Coordinated School Wellness, Cayucos Café provides nutrition education and promotes physical activity for students, parents, and staff.

In an effort to support our local economy, we work with local farmers and companies whenever possible.  Some of the local companies we contract with are Berry Man, Molnar Cattle LLC, Edna's Bakery, and Thomas Butcher-Producers.
